I can either then arrange to take payment via bank transfer and I will deliver the voucher to your home or post it out to you.

Or alternatively, I can arrange an appointment time for you to make payment and collection in person at the clinic at time convenient to you.

To avoid disappointment, please do not arrive at the clinic without prior arrangement. I do not employ reception staff and will not be available due to being in treatment with clients and cannot be disturbed. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
